Indovinya, a business division of Indorama Ventures PCL, believes in the richness of a diverse team and has been working to build an increasingly inclusive and plural work environment, in addition to investing in the continuous development of professionals, offering development paths and global strategic projects throughout its program.

Program Structure

Lasting up to 24 months, the program is guided by a challenging and complete development path, which includes opportunities to work in different areas of the company.

During this period, interns will develop according to Indovinya’s organizational skills, while challenging themselves in projects and learning in practice from experienced professionals. This cycle is expected to be full of learning and provide unforgettable moments.

Development Path

Behaviors: Behavioral skills, also called soft skills, will be explored, which are those that do not depend on specific technical training, such as hard skills.

Projects: Guided by their managers, interns will have the chance to develop specific projects that contribute to their career and area of activity.

Pitch Day: Aims to bring visibility to interns through a final presentation of the project developed during the internship and the lessons learned.

Hackathon: It proposes to take real cases brought by managers and strategic themes of the company to create a quick solution.

Prerequisites

All higher education and technical courses are eligible. To make the most of higher education students, the minimum requirement is to be in the penultimate year of the course. For technical level students, it is necessary to have completed the theoretical part of the course.

Stages of the selection process

With the aim of recruiting the best professionals in the market, who are able to develop alongside the company, Indovinya’s trainee program goes through 5 stages. The program is expected to start in January of each year.
