Inova Talents, a program that offer technical and professional gains

Indovinya pursues excellence in everything it does, and the management of innovation is no different. The company has an area dedicated to discovering opportunities for improvement from new knowledge, creative ideas, or solutions. The goal is to generate value for the business, clients, suppliers, employees, and society, in the form of increasingly sustainable products and processes.

With this focus, Indovinya uses several tools to promote innovation in the country, one of which is the Inova Talent Program, created by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL) in 2013 in partnership with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) to bring together companies in research, development, and innovation, with recent graduates of the academy. They are young talents who find a professional opportunity with scholarships in innovation lasting up to two years, funded by the program.

The initiative is run in partnership with the Institute of Technological Research (IPT) and the CNPq, with excellent results for scholars and companies. Indovinya has participated in Inova Talent since 2016 and has had more than 40 scholarship holders, including graduates, masters and doctors, who have worked in different areas, fostering innovation throughout the company.

These scholarship holders get an opportunity to conduct full-time innovation research and the chance to start a professional career in the company. From 2016 to 2022, Indovinya hired around 67% of participants. Another benefit for these talents is the connection with the team, which monitored by a company tutor and a coach in the program, develop soft skills that facilitate the integration with the corporate environment. It is a program that benefits everyone involved, has been a great success and an essential tool for fostering innovation in Brazil.
