Oxiteno’s Statement About COVID-19 | November 2020

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter provides you with some updates from Oxiteno related to our efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that continuous communication with our stakeholders is essential.

Oxiteno´ s plants and laboratories are all operational. Our commercial and administrative functions have been executed remotely without loss of efficiency. Oxiteno has implemented an aggressive effort to quarantine, test and contact trace all suspected cases. We are stepping up of our communications efforts with employees and their families about COVID-19 safety recommendations, especially during the holiday season.

In the offices and facilities that have reopened, Oxiteno implemented a rigid control for maximal occupancy and access.

This challenging year has proven how vital safety is to us and that the only way to ensure the continuity of the business is to keep our people safe and healthy. Although the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on society may be far from over, we envision a more hopeful future, continuing this partnership with all of our stakeholders.
