Sustainability is at the heart of our strategy and aligned with the UN’s SDGs, we have developed the Oxiteno Safety Culture Transformation Plan. As part of some corporate and local actions, we have invested in the professional development of specialists and leaders focused on occupational safety and the management of the safety culture. In addition, we have introduced the Heat Map methodology and launched new policies such as Life Saving Rules, Golden Principle, and Consequence Management.
