DRILLING AND COMPLETION
Drilling fluids are essential for good performance in the exploration of oil and gas wells, as they maintain the stability of the well, cool and lubricate the drill bit, as well as helping to remove gravel. Indovinya optimizes drilling productivity with a wide range of drilling fluid additives and well cleaning agents.
Its complete range of wetting agents, lubricants (ULTRAFLUID® LB), cleaning agents (ULTROIL® WM) and preventatives (ULTRAWET®) helps to guarantee the high performance and stability required throughout the challenges encountered in drilling and completion activities.
For the challenges of this stage, different types of drilling fluids are used and usually classified according to their main base (continuous phase). The cleaning agent, ULTROIL® WM 1001, has a proprietary combination of ingredients that is excellent for dissolving and dispersing oil or synthetic base fluid residues, leaving the well, pipe and metal surfaces free of oil deposits, even at low application dosages and in high salinity conditions.
For water-based fluids, lubricants are important additives used in drilling fluids to guarantee the integrity of the drill bit and reduce friction in order to achieve higher penetration speeds during drilling. To meet this application, the ULTRAFLUID® LB Series, made up of lubricants of natural and synthetic origin, is highly biodegradable and low in toxicity, guaranteeing the efficiency of this stage.
The ULTRAFLUID® SC Series is specially designed for drilling operations in which water-based fluids are used and there is a risk of clay in the rock formation. ULTRAFLUID® SC 159 plays a crucial role as a clay inhibitor, forming a protective film around the gravels, which prevents the clay from swelling. This results in greater well stability during the drilling process, making it safer and more efficient.

STIMULATION
Indovinya serves the well stimulation stage with a complete line of emulsion preventers, surfactants for stimulation and hydraulic fracturing and advanced oil recovery. Its solutions act on well stimulation, providing better performance in well intervention and hydrocarbon recovery operations.
In acid stimulation, viscoelastic surfactants are used to help the acid penetrate during this process, creating preferential paths and increasing the porosity of the reservoir. ULTRACK ® VS Series is an excellent divergent agent, guaranteeing greater productivity in the oil extraction process.
The emulsion preventers in the ULTRAWET® Series prevent oil from mixing with the injected fluids, increasing the efficiency of stimulation operations using acidic solutions where emulsion formation can occur. This low-toxicity product line offers high performance even in different types of oil and fluids, guaranteeing the integrity of these fluids in various applications.
FlowBack aids surfactants reduce interfacial tension by minimizing fluid retention in the reservoir, thereby reducing damage to the formation during the hydraulic fracturing process. The ULTRAFRAC® FB Series guarantees superior performance by minimizing damage to the assets, combined with a low CMC (Critical Micellar Concentration), which allows results to be obtained with low dosage.
For the advanced oil recovery stage, the XOF Series of surfactants reduces water-oil interfacial tension and reverses rock wettability, increasing the amount of oil extracted from reservoirs.

PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION
The technological platform for optimizing production in the oil market is a robust set of integrated tools designed to maximize efficiency and profitability in the extraction and production of oil and gas. Within this platform, we have various chemical products that guarantee these objectives with a focus on asset integrity, flow assurance and increasing the productivity and competitiveness of service companies.
ULTROIL® EB and SURFONIC® OFD are optimized lines of intermediates for demulsifying formulations that help to destabilize the oil emulsion, guaranteeing the quality of the different phases produced (oil and water) and promoting increased productivity in oil recovery.
The products in the ULTROIL® CI and SURFONIC ® OFC Series of intermediates are responsible for forming a protective film to prevent corrosion, as well as acting as foam and emulsion formation mitigators. Used in corrosion inhibitor formulations, the ULTROIL® CI and SURFONIC ® OFC Series provide anti-corrosion protection on internal surfaces, maintaining the integrity of metallic materials used in the transportation and storage of hydrocarbons and reducing the formation of deposits and wear of the metallic material.
To ensure this constant flow of oil, the paraffin inhibitors in the SURFONIC® OFP Series, SURFONIC® OFA asphaltene dispersants and SURFONIC® OFH kinetic hydrate inhibitors guarantee the fluidity of the oil and increase the solubility of the hydrocarbons in the oil, thus preventing precipitation and consequent clogging and contamination of the pipeline, thus ensuring the minimization of economic and safety impacts on the flow of oil to the surface.
