Environmentally friendly solvent

EC (emusifiable concentrate) formulations are usually simple to manufacture. Spontaneously emulsifying when diluted in spray tanks, these formulations require the right selection of emulsifier and solvent for different active ingredients.

SURFOM^® CE 8434 is a Capric/Caprylic Methyl Esther-based solvent with an improved GHS profile and low phytotoxicity, which dilutes a wide range of herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides. It is emulsifiable and compatible with EC (emusifiable concentrate), SE (suspo-emulsion), and EW (emulsion in water) formulations.

It was tested with over ten active ingredients, including herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides, and was able to completely dilute all of them in different types of formulations.
