+Sustainability: Together

Indonivya, business division of Indorama Ventures PCL believes in the richness of a diverse team and constantly works to build an increasingly inclusive work environment. So, Indovinya has created Together a diversity and inclusion program that aims to make the company more plural and inclusive. This action is aligned with the company’s 2030 Strategic Sustainability Plan comprising eight pillars of operation and which are connected to some of the UN´s SDGs. One of the pillars is “Valuing the workforce”, which aims to develop a management model that generates superior results, values people, and promotes the evolution of the work environment.
