Architectural paints

Architectural paints are formulated to enhance and protect surfaces, offering resistance to humidity, UV rays and wear and tear. To guarantee better performance and quality, our ULTRAFILM® range of coalescents provides a uniform finish and improves the formation of the paint film. In addition, the OXITIVE® line of additives contributes to efficient pigment dispersion and improves essential formulation properties, acting in wetting agent and dispersion, and can add even more to the paint formulation.

Our portfolio reflects our commitment to sustainability and innovation, resulting in products that combine high performance reduced environmental impact. We work closely with our customers to develop customized solutions, ensuring more efficient, durable and environmentally responsible paints.

Emulsion and polymerization

Polymerization is an essential chemical process for the manufacture of latex, where monomers combine to form long polymer chains. Emulsion, on the other hand, consists of dispersing these particles in water, ensuring stability through the use of surfactants. This process is essential for obtaining high-performance latex, used in paints, adhesives and other products that require flexibility and resistance.

Our line of emulsifiers OXIMULSION® increases the performance of latex, giving formulations greater durability and stability, while our line OXITIVE® acts as a surfactant for emulsion polymerization, also focusing on innovation and sustainability. 

We offer solutions that reduce environmental impact and improve the efficiency of industrial processes, consolidating our strategic partnership with clients who seek excellence in their products.

Industrial coatings

Industrial paints play an essential role in various segments, including automotive (OEM and refinish), wood, metals, packaging, coil coatings, printing  inks and powder coatings. These formulations require high performance, guaranteeing protection, adhesion and chemical and mechanical resistance.

We offer innovative solutions such as the ULTRASOLVE® solvent line, which provides a more sustainable alternative with low odor and less toxicity. The ULTRATINT® line of building blocks, made up of special polyols, improves the mechanical properties of paints, increasing their resistance to impact, abrasion and chemical agents. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability guarantees our customers efficient formulations in line with the most demanding environmental and technical standards.

Adhesives

The formulation of adhesives depends on choosing the right resins and additives to guarantee adhesion, resistance and durability, meeting the specific requirements of each application. On the market, adhesives can be PSA, hot melt, water-based or reactive, and are widely used in sectors such as packaging, labels, footwear and construction. For resin formulators and manufacturers, developing solutions that are compatible with different substrates, with high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as stability in the production process, is essential. Our solutions help to create more efficient, sustainable adhesives that can be adapted to the demands of the industry.

Our product range includes OXITIVE®, an APE-free line that contributes to the adhesion and efficient application of adhesives on different substrates, promoting a more stable performance. OXIMULSION®, also APE-free, is used in the emulsion polymerization process, helping to produce high-quality latex for adhesive formulations. We also offer the EMCAPLUS® range, made up of mineral oils that help control viscosity, adhesive flexibility and processing stability. Its compatibility with different polymers gives formulations even more versatility.
