Emergency actions in regions other than the surrounding communities must be aligned with the Sustainability Team.

With the aim of encouraging and fostering the practice of volunteering within Indovinya, we have launched our Connect platform, an internal space dedicated to promoting and integrating all the volunteer initiatives carried out globally in our operations.
This platform is directed exclusively at our employees, providing a collaborative and engaging environment where everyone can follow, get involved in and contribute to social impact actions promoted by the company. #ConnectToChange
Social Projects

Curious Girls, Women of the Future
Unit: Mauá
The expedition "Curious Girls, Women of the Future", from the Força Meninas platform, took inspiring stories of women in science to students from public schools in Parque São Rafael, in São Paulo, near the Mauá unit. For two days, the action brought together 1,500 students in theatrical performances, workshops and interactive activities, encouraging girls to explore careers in science and technology. 4 volunteers from the unit participated, sharing their trajectories in the scientific area.

Music Building
Unit: Suzano
Building Music is a project that combines Music Education and STEAM, where children learn to build and play instruments made from repurposed and repurposed materials, as well as to use their own bodies to produce music.
Educators receive training on the project topic and educational materials, making the program sustainable upon completion.

3rd Tremembé Professions Fair
Unit: Tremembé
The Tremembé Career Fair was an opportunity to share knowledge and encourage STEM education. During the event, volunteers from the unit presented the profession of industrial chemist, detailing their duties, the company's products and their applications in the chemical industry. The action benefited about 200 students.

Action for children
Unit: Triunfo
The toy donation campaign aimed to support organizations that assist children with disabilities in the Petrochemical Complex region. The initiative had the participation of 6 volunteers, who dedicated their time to the organization and distribution of toys, benefiting 80 children in total.

Polo da Gente
Unit: Camaçari
The Polo da Gente project delivered the renovation of six social organizations in Camaçari and Dias D'Ávila, in the metropolitan region of Salvador. The initiative was promoted by the Industrial Development Committee of Camaçari (Cofic) in partnership with eight companies in the Industrial Pole.
With about 4,000 beneficiaries, the project strengthens social support in the region, providing more structured and adequate spaces for education, culture and assistance.

Panettone Workshop
Unit: Escritório São Paulo
An initiative of the LGBTQIAPN+ affinity group of Indovinya's Together Program. Volunteers from the São Paulo office participated in a panettone workshop at Casa 1, an organization that supports the LGBTQIAPN+ population in vulnerable situations. In addition to learning more about the institution's actions, the participants produced panettones, which were donated to the people served. The activity lasted three hours and had 17 volunteers.

Lecture - Sustainability Program
Location: San Juan del Rio
The unit promoted a lecture for 50 students of the fifth semester of Industrial Engineering of the Technological Institute of San Juan del Río, highlighting the importance of safe, responsible and sustainable industrial development.
4 Indovinya volunteers presented the main aspects and indicators of corporate sustainability, emphasizing the importance of meeting the demands of the market, workers, the community and the planet.

Lecture - Chemical Product Management
Unit: Coatzacoalcos
The unit held a lecture on the management of hazardous chemicals for students of the National Institute of Technology of Mexico, Acayucan Campus, as part of the 4th Industrial Engineering Forum organized by the university.
The initiative had the participation of 2 volunteers, who shared knowledge on the subject with 200 students.

Blankets of Hope
Location: Cidade do México
The Blankets of Hope initiative aimed to collect new blankets or blankets in good condition to be distributed to people in vulnerable situations.
The action benefited people served by Casa Hogar Paz y Alegría and had the participation of 3 volunteers who dedicated themselves to the organization and delivery of the items collected.

Scholarship Program
Location: Guadalajara
To give opportunity and work experience to university students.
College students will have the opportunity to work for 1 year or more in a meaningful program on a part-time shift in the EHS department.

Go Forest and Siann
Location: Escritório Bélgica
Partnership with GoForest & Siann, helping them in the restoration of the facilities and cleaning of the stables for the therapy horses and ponies that serve people who, due to circumstances (illness, old age, disability, institution,...) can no longer have contact with animals.

Udaan Project
Location: Mumbai e Ankleshwar
With the aim of promoting a vibrant and joyful learning environment within public primary schools, the Udaan Project was structured to create an ecosystem that favors the integral development of children.
The initiative seeks to improve learning proficiency, elevate teaching pedagogy, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders in the school community. In addition, Udaan provides a platform for children to develop confidence and security in themselves.
The action impacted 3,310 beneficiaries in Ankleshwar and 2102 in Mumbai, with a total of 552 hours of learning in schools in the region.

4th Edition of Fish-O-Rama
Unit: Port Neches
The 4th edition of Fish-O-Rama was held, a two-day event that included the Captains' Dinner and the Fishing Tournament, with the aim of raising funds for STEAM education.
In 2024, the initiative raised $843,000, benefiting schools in the school districts of Beaumont, Bridge City, Buna, Kountze, Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Lumberton, Nederland, Orangefield, Port Arthur, Port Neches, Silsbee, and Vidor.
The action impacted 1,000 students and had 135 volunteers.

Trash Bash Pasadena
Location: Pasadena
Trash Bash is the largest single-day waterway cleanup in Texas. It currently has 14 locations in Galveston Bay, stretching from Houston to Texas City. During this year's event, featuring the Dayton Unit, the Clear Lake Unit and The Woodland Office, nearly 41 tons of trash and 219 tires were collected by 2500 volunteers scouring 108 miles of shoreline. The garbage collected included half a ton of recyclables that were disposed of properly.

Dayton ISD Companion Readers
Unit: Dayton
Volunteers at the facility dedicate one hour each week to reading with 1st graders as part of the Dayton School District's mentoring and tutoring program. This initiative strengthens interest in reading and promotes educational development from childhood.
The action provided 8 hours of reading to the students and had the support of 3 volunteers.

Marking of Rainwater Culverts
Unit: The Woodlands
24 Waterway and IVTC, through the Green Team, have teamed up with The Woodlands Township to mark stormwater culverts, as part of our environmental awareness initiative. Marking storm drains helps reduce trash entering streams and bays, minimizing pollution and protecting aquatic life. The action had 11 volunteers, who dedicated 3 hours of volunteering to carry out the project.

Chem Expo
Location: Lake Charles
The Chem Expo aimed to introduce chemistry in an interactive way to local elementary school students. During the event, volunteers conduct experimental demonstrations, allowing students to participate in hands-on activities and ask questions. The action impacted 2,500 7th grade students from schools in the districts of Calcasieu, Cameron and Allen Parishes and had 7 volunteers from Indovinya.
